Where can I find the AuthCode in Cloudpit?

The AuthCode will be displayed to you automatically after submitting the cancellation. To do this, log into the Cloudpit: https://cloudpit.easyname.com

After that you will get to the administration interface where you can view your domains and webhostings. Click on MORE for the desired domain and then on Terminate the contract

A field will then appear where the AuthCode is displayed. If this is not the case, you can select the Show AuthCode field under the MORE button.

If Please contact support is in the field instead of the AuthCode, please send us a email to support@easyname.com so we can send you the AuthCode.

Please note that the domains will be irrevocably deleted if the Domain have not been moved by the end of the term using the AuthCode.
